Jennifer's Dream
Artist Karen Choquet will host an artist reception for her collection of paintings which will be on display during the month of July. During the reception, Three Point Trio will perform jazz. The local musicians that comprise the jazz band include John Smedley on guitar, Tim Clough on double bass, and Mike Hansen playing drums. With a brush and oil on canvas, Karen uses painting as an expressive outlet, thus far focusing primarily on landscape and ocean views using warm and rich colors.
Painting photographed is titled “Jennifer’s Dreams”, the ocean view intended to represent the wide open expansiveness of opportunity in Karen’s daughter’s life.
